Application Requirements

1.      Completed application form with a non-refundable application fee of $40 (application form can be obtained from the front office at Al-Huda School).

2.      Two Behavior Assessment Questionnaires filled out by two of applicant’s most recent teachers.  For students above the age of 18, two letters of recommendation from counselors/leader of Muslim community or a previous teacher that can attest to the student’s proper conduct and character.        

3.      Birth Certificate*

4.      Immunization Records.*

5.      Interview with the Hifzh School administration

*These requirements only apply to students under the age of 18.

Once a student has completed his/her application, then he/she is called for an interview.  The Hifzh School administration renders a decision about an applicant in about two weeks after the interview.
